  • Official confirmation that there are over 20 million official accounts (interestingly no source or date was given for this number)
  • The most searched global brand names on WeChat are: KFC, Huawei, McDonald’s Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Apple, Starbucks, BMW & Hyundai. (June 2017)

  • 40% of Mobike rides are initiated from their WeChat mini program (other 60% being from their own app)
